Membership in EmpowerNet

• Any person at least eighteen years of age, may apply for a membership by submitting an application form, received training from sponsor / introducer or representative of company’s marketing business and patronize its product and services and who agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein

Independent marketing associates

• Members agree to properly represent the company, its product and services under the donation referral program. Membership can be assigned or transferred to an individual or legal entity, who can qualify as a member, provided a duly notarized written consent and a copy valid identification card are presented to EmpowerNet

Donation benefits

A member is entitled to benefits of the company’s donation Program as part of its marketing business. He / she is entitled to direct rewards systems for his / her successful referrals and contribution to the goals of the company.

Financial Participation:

• By joining Empower Net, members agree to contribute financially to the common pool in accordance with the matrix system, understanding that funds will be distributed equitably among participants. Upon purchase he/she may refer other interested members. Members are not paid employees of empower net

Decentralized Governance:

• Members acknowledge that Empower Net operates on decentralized principles, and no single entity or organizer has custodial control over the funds contributed by members. The company reserves the right to terminate membership on grounds inimical to the interest of the company and the rest of the members.

Referral System:

• Members agree to participate in the referral system by sharing their unique referral link with new participants, understanding that this contributes to the growth and sustainability of the community.

Compliance with Laws:
